This hotel have a lot a good thing : - Good services room - Good employes - Good beach and pool But there is too many bookers going out in the evening with their customers. You can see them between 9pm to 12pm. I'm with my family I was forced to lie to my soon about girls who was almost naked. I told me there are going to the pool. Really, how a famous hotel like Grand Hyatt can accommodate hookers in front of everyone?
It's amazing that it's not hide in a some rooms!!! At the same time I am very disappointed to read your comments on certain visitors and guests of the Hotel, please be assured the Hotel follows all local government and hotel requirements and that all non-staying guests are required to register at the front desk with ID when entering the Hotel. I will certainly look into your feedback and make sure that we are following the proper procedures as we required and avoid any future embarrassment to any of our guests.
I cannot fault this property, everything was perfect. It is not the newest resort but very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the staff is extremely nice and the location is great.
