I recieved foot reflexology and a headache treatment, it was just what I needed after a long hot day of shopping. The spa is peaceful and inviting. Next time I'm in Nassau I'll be back. This was truly an amazing experience! However, the session was unbelievable. I was completely stretched out and relaxed. And we did a lot of Aww, thanks Spencer.

I had a very relaxing one hour massage, she concentrated on an area of pain and I felt so relieved when I left there. I practiced one week yoga with Nicarah, she was simply amazing! She prepared a daily class for me and my friend, the flow and sequence was just perfect for us. She even made us experience acroyoga for the first time!
